At this time, we offer pick up at all four locations. An email confirmation will be sent when your order is ready.
If your desired PICK UP LOCATION is not available in the cart - you have chosen an item not in stock at that particular location. Please edit your cart with items that have inventory at your desired location.
Phone orders: You can call any location for over the phone product purchases and request pick up (and curbside pick up if you call upon arrival. Habitat Housewares / Dimond Center please use Curbside Pickup: Red Zone)

If you add items to the cart from different locations you will automatically have to ship your order (*and could take up to 4 business days to ship out).
In order to reduce our carbon footprint, all orders are shipped USPS Priority in the State of ALASKA ONLY (we just received these products into the state of Alaska - why ship them back out of state again). We require the next business day* to process and ship all orders.
Gift cards are shipped USPS first class mail for free.
Most products that ship from our Anchorage Store will arrive within five business days of when you placed your order. If there is a delay, we will notify you by mail or email.
Items that are bulky, heavy, or limited availability may have a delivery surcharge.
We will give you a courtesy call to drop ship the item the best way.
Any damaged goods or missing package claims are the responsibility of the customer. We do not ship internationally.

Any item (knives, pans, kitchen tools, etc.) in new unopened, and unused condition can be returned with receipt within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. If receipt is unavailable product may be exchanged or its value returned as a gift card. Clearance items or special orders are excluded.
Web Orders: If you are not satisfied with your web purchase, please return your items to the return address listed at your own cost*. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unopened, unused merchandise in original packaging. Please include your web order form with the return merchandise. *Customer will be responsible for all additional shipping costs beyond the original order.

Unopened stock items may be returned within 30 days with proper Return Authorization (excludes closeouts). Sorry, no returns or refunds on special or custom orders.
