Global innovation: P.E.P.® for espresso of outstanding barista quality - JURA has perfected the complete brewing process for short specialty coffees from 0.5 oz to 2.7 oz. That's why the ENA Micro 90 prepares them to the same standard you would expect in a coffee bar. The AromaG3 grinder, now twice as fast, ensures that the coffee is optimally ground to preserve the full aroma. The variable brewing unit holds 6 to 10 grams of ground coffee and ensures the ideal brewing conditions at all times. The Pulse Extraction Process (P.E.P.®) optimizes the extraction time by pulsing the hot water through the ground coffee at short intervals. This process allows the flavors of the coffee to fully develop. The coffee strength is infinitely variable to suit individual tastes.
Wide range of specialties - The ENA Micro 90 can do much more than 'just' make the perfect coffee: thanks to the One-Touch technology, it also creates trend specialties like latte macchiato and cappuccino at the touch of a button with milk and milk foam.
