You take care of the guest list, and we’ll handle the rest. Choose the classroom, class style, and menu for your upcoming special event. Select from our Special Event Menu listing or choose any class offered in our current Culinary Program. - 50% of total payment due to confirm event.
- Full payment due one week before event.
- Final count of guests due with final payment one week before event. Once the balance payment is received, the number of guests may not be lowered due to shopping. Any additional guests will be charged the day of the event.
- Additional time will be billed at $100.00 per hour.
- If an event is canceled before full payment is due date, there is a 25% cancelation fee of the total amount. If it is canceled after the full payment due date, there is a 50% cancelation fee of the total amount.

Do I register in advance?
Yes. We need to know how much food to purchase.
How much is a class?
Price is determined per class, so costs vary and will be listed on the calendar.
Are Couples classes priced per couple or per individual?
They are priced per person, not per couple.
Are Family classes priced per family?
The list price is per person; up to 2 children (age 7 and up) may accompany 1 adult.
Is there a waiting list for popular classes?
Yes. Please call 276.0348 to be added to the wait list. A chef will get in touch with you if space becomes available.
What is the cancellation policy?
You may cancel up to 7 days in advance and receive a refund. A store credit will be issued for cancellations up to 2 days in advance. No refunds or credits will be issues for no-shows or cancellations made less than 2 days prior to the class.
What happens if my class is cancelled?
Due to low registration, weather, and other circumstances, we occasionally cancel a class. A representative from the school will contact you and discuss the method of refund or store credit.
Do we do private events, team-building exercises, or parties?
Yes we do! Thanks for asking. Some will be able to be booked online, but call 276.0348 for customized classes.
Is alcohol allowed?
We are a retail environment and lack the licensing and insurance to permit alcohol consumption on the premises. You may not bring your own, either.
THINGS TO KNOW
We are located on the second floor of the building with no elevator, so let us know in advance of any access needs you may have.
Food allergies can be slightly accommodated with advanced notice. Call for details.
A snack will be provided at the beginning of class, but we eat the food we prepare during the class at the end. A nibble beforehand doesn’t hurt if you are so inclined.
You will receive a 10% discount on future classes and applicable kitchen store items for the night of the class only, so arm yourself with a wish list.
Bring an apron! We have boring white ones here for you to use, but we like to see students’ personal style in the kitchen. All apron-bringers can enter to win a free class with drawings occurring monthly.
Culinary Creations Card: Buy 12 classes, get one free. Don’t forget to have us initial your card after class.
You will be in a real kitchen, on your feet, working alongside our chefs. Some basic hygiene and health rules apply:
Wear comfortable closed-toe shoes with socks.
Wear sleeves, please. They can be short, long, or 3/4ed, we just don’t want to see your underarms.
Secure your hair. Ponytails, buns, and braids are necessary for locks shoulder-length and beyond.
Please don’t come if you’re sick; we like to share food, not germs. Call 276.0348 to reschedule.
Take it easy on the scents: cologne, perfume, and highly scented lotions interfere with our tasting ability and can cause allergic reactions. Achoo!
ABOUT OUR CLASSES
Each class is designed to educate as well as entertain. These come in several formats:
Hands-on Classes: Up to 3 hours in length with extensive hands-on components.
Demonstration Classes: Typically 2 hours in length in a relaxed, seated environment. The food is served as the chef prepares each course.
Lunch & Learn: A one-hour demo class designed to be enjoyed during a lunch-hour.
Series Classes: Designed to be taken consecutively, these classes are cumulative in content and skills.
Pint Sized: 6-12
Kids Classes: 7-12
Teen Classes: 12-16
Adult Classes: 16 and up
Mature teens aged 14 or 15 might be able to attend adult classes with another adult. Please check in advance.
